FAQ
The Premium plan is a monthly subscription of $14.80, giving you access to off-peak rates for sessions. You'll also earn 12% cashback in Lab credits for your next booking. The packages, on the other hand, are one-time purchases for sessions, and you still get all the benefits of the Premium plan.
You can either choose to cancel the plan before the next payment or simply cancel now, purchase one of the packages and you will still enjoy premium benefits. Your prior bookings and credits will not be affected.
We're working to add this feature to our app, but for now, just WhatsApp us at 8102 6341 with the package you want. We'll send you a payment code (My Fitness Spot Pte Ltd), and once payment is made, your credits will be updated within an hour. Should you require the custom pack, let us know and we will send you the rates and validity for sessions of 50 onwards.
Since packages aren't recurring, you can either buy a new one or continue booking sessions at the discounted rate and still get 12% cashback. All package buyers enjoy Premium plan perks.
To ensure fairness for all customers, unused credits cannot be exchanged or converted into cash. However, you can extend your remaining sessions by an additional month for just $0.50 per session. This offers you extra time to fully utilize your package
Yes! You're welcome to bring a friend or a personal trainer at no extra charge. Just make sure to follow the Lab's max capacity as shown in the app.
While cancellations aren't allowed, you can reschedule your booking through the app up to 30 minutes before your session starts.
No, packages are already offered at discounted rates and cannot be combined with any other promotions or offers.
